The Woodstock Civic Centre is a 32, 092 sq foot complex and has been the center of recreational activities in the River Valley offering a 846 seat multipurpose 190 x 90 foot ice surface, a five lane 25 meter pool, a fitness center and a number of multi-purpose rooms and offices. 

The Carleton Civic Centre is home to the Woodstock Slammers Junior A Hockey Team.
